I am a small scale maker, although I do my very best to ship orders as quickly as I can, please allow 1-2 weeks for your order to be ready to ship, and then 5-10 working days for your item to reach you. For International orders please allow the minimum of 10 working days for your order to reach you after shipping If you need an item quicker, please contact me before placing your order to discuss different options.

Most items will be shipped via Royal Mail 2nd class tracked. Our large storage box will be shipped via Hermes. International orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked or via a Courier depending on size.

Gift wrapping is available if requested. Just send me a message to discuss.

Please send me a message with a photo of the damaged item and a replacement can be sent to you or a full refund arranged.

If you contact me before your order is shipped I accept cancellations and can refund orders. Once the order is shipped refunds will only be given upon the return of the item in question if in perfect condition.

Different products have different timescales, I try to have stock ready made of most items so that the window to ship an order is shorter than possible, but not always possible. If you need something for a specific date please contact us before ordering.
