Is gift wrapping and packaging available?
Gift wrapping is available if requested. Just send me a message to discuss.
Item has arrived damaged, what do I do?
Please send me a message with a photo of the damaged item and a replacement can be sent to you or a full refund arranged.
I purchased a item in error/double ordered can I have a refund?
If you contact me before your order is shipped I accept cancellations and can refund orders. Once the order is shipped refunds will only be given upon the return of the item in question if in perfect condition.
How long will it take for my item to be made?
Different products have different timescales, I try to have stock ready made of most items so that the window to ship an order is shorter than possible, but not always possible. If you need something for a specific date please contact us before ordering.
